Hex was born in Upstate New York in 1975.  He quickly moved to the heavier state of New Jersey.  In one ear was the hard sound of KISS and Judas Preist.  In the other was the twangy sounds of Alabama, Willie Nelson, Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, Eddie Rabbit, and Ronnie Milsap. Somewhere in the middle his influence and style developed.  No matter how hard he tried to be something else, the same style of country-fried folky rock came out.  Hard. Aggressive. Melodic. Loud
